The Pension Lawyers Association is run by a national steering committee.
The national committee is divided into separately operating regional sub-structures, run by regional committees, to ensure the Association’s regional objectives.
The national steering committee is drawn from members of two regional committees, who are elected by members of the association in the regions. There are two such sub-structures, namely a Cape Region, based in Cape Town and a Northern Region based in Gauteng.
