Delegates are then requested to kindly make a payment directly into the bank account of the Pension Lawyers' Association. Cheques and direct transfers are accepted but unfortunately credit card facilities are not available.

*Spier Wine Tasting – Cocktail Party – Sunday, 28 March 2010

Please indicate if you (and your partner) will participate in the complimentary Spier Wine Tasting at the Cocktail Party, which is at no additional cost for delegates and partners. If your registration form does not indicate that you (and your partner) will be participating in the Spier Wine Tasting, you will not be permitted to participate in the tasting.

Dietary Requirements

1. In order to secure your place, advance booking is essential.
2. Registrations will be accepted on written confirmation by Lavinia Hermanus upon receipt of the Online Registration Form and proof of payment, subject to the maximum number of delegates that can be accommodated.
3. An invoice will be issued on receipt of a completed registration form.  The Pension Lawyers Association is a registered VAT Vendor: VAT Registration No. 4140169295.
4. Attendance is subject to prior payment.  A deposit slip or transfer form with the invoice number as a reference is required as proof of payment.
5. If no email confirmation is received within 2 weeks of receipt of your registration form, please contact Lavinia Hermanus on 021 851 4473 to confirm your booking.
6. A written cancellation received by the PLA 14 days or more before the conference start date will be accepted.  A 10% cancellation fee will be levied.  If you cancel after the specified 14-day period, you will be liable for the full fee.  Please notify Lavinia Hermanus in writing.
7. No refund or credit note will be issued if written cancellation is not received timeously. You will then remain liable for payment of the invoice.
8. Registered delegates may be substituted at any time prior to the conference without incurring an additional fee.  Please notify Lavinia Hermanus in writing of the change.
9. Payment must be made before Friday, 19 March 2010.
10. No credit card payments will be accepted.
11. Delegates are required to keep and produce when requested by the PLA Committee members, copies of their registration form and proof of payment.
12. The cut-off date for bookings is Friday, 19 March 2010.  No late registrations will be accepted.
13. The Pension Lawyers Association reserves the right to change/cancel the conference, conference date, speakers or venue(s) without prior notification
14. The Pension Lawyers Association are not liable for any claims, damages or expenses arising out of cancellation, disruption, changes or limitations to the programme or the services as a result of any circumstances outside their control including weather, travel restrictions or hazardous event.
15. The Pension Lawyers Association are not liable and participants release them from any liability for claims, damages or expenses whether in respect of personal injury, loss or damage to participants.
